Norma Streams is a licensed real estate broker and a consistent top producer with 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Norma joined the Marina Del Rey office of Keller Williams in 2002 and offers an extensive combination of real estate expertise and an uncommon level of professionalism.  Prior to joining Keller Williams, Norma worked with reputable brokers RE/MAX and Prudential.  She has participated in a variety of real estate contract transactions ranging from luxury residential properties and mult-unit rentals to probated and REOs.  Norma was also a preferred broker with Tokai Bank's asset management division for several years.

As an owner of multi-unit rental properties, Norma also has personal experience in investment property mangement, sales and leasing.  Her established relationships and local experience enables her to provide a complete suite of services to her clients including property management, listing preparation services and tenant management services.

Nowhere does Norma's energy and determination shine brighter than in her career as one of the area's leading real estate professionals.  Norma has resided in Los Angeles since 1971.  She has a home in the Playa Vista community where she enjoys the company of her three adult sons and their families.  She is active in charitable and social organizations.
